zbuzz is operated for players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws. zbuzz does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where the platform is explicitly blocked or where online gaming is illegal.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one zbuzz account. This applies regardless of the device, browser, IP address, or payment method used. zbuzz accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person under any circumstances. Doing so will result in permanent account closure.
zbuzz supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. zbuzz does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
The minimum deposit on zbuzz is ৳10. Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact zbuzz support with your transaction reference number. zbuzz reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on individual accounts based on verification status and account history.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. zbuzz targets a processing time of under 10 minutes for standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawals are only processed after account verification (KYC) has been completed.
All deposits made to zbuzz must be from funds that belong to you. zbuzz does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for gameplay decisions.
All zbuzz games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by zbuzz, the player, or any third party. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, disconnections, or game freezes — zbuzz will attempt to restore the game to its last confirmed state. If restoration is not possible, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account. zbuzz is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues outside of its control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's side.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zbuzz platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances.
zbuzz cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct will be reported to the relevant authorities and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

Real money balances will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.
zbuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, abusive behaviour toward staff or other players, or inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months. In cases of closure due to Terms violations, zbuzz may forfeit the account balance. In cases of closure for other reasons, the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. zbuzz will notify you by email before applying any inactivity policy. Inactive account balances are subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 after the 12-month inactivity period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

If you believe a transaction, game outcome, or account decision was handled incorrectly, contact zbuzz support within 30 days of the event. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be considered. zbuzz will investigate all disputes and respond with a decision within 5 business days. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to zbuzz's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through zbuzz's internal process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
zbuzz reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the zbuzz platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
